Rapid determination of iron in soya
For European consumers of veal a light meat colour is very important. The colour is directly related to the availability of iron in feedingstuff, i.e. the iron concentration of the feed ingredients must be known.
Soya as a fundamental source of proteins is indispensable but is also known to contain relatively high amounts of iron. We have developed a rapid test to determine the concentration.
